We’re working towards moving to 100% compostable packaging. The numbers on recycling are really dismal, after years of public awareness campaigns. Additionally we want to make sure every food scrap is recovered. So I’m working with packaging suppliers to move to 100% compostable packaging. So in the future there will be no recycling, no trash, just compost.

We’ll keep you all up to date. This is a big project, I’ve been working on it for a year.

I am wondering if your truck is available at all for private events (and if so, how far outside the city you are potentially willing (or not) to travel, pricing, how far ahead we should book, etc.).

Thank you for bringing tasty healthy food to the financial district. I haven’t had hibiscis tea or a sandwich this good since I left nyc. I am still working my way through the menu – (chickpea, basil and bbq sammies this week) but I won’t give up til I have tried everything. Lunch is back!

Just a note to tell you what a great job you’re doing. You’ve single-handedly changed lunch for many of us in the Financial District and it is a lovely thing.

Suggestions? Would you consider offering a bigger beverage option? I’ll bet you’d have folks that would be willing to pay more for that larger size. I for one could have inhaled a couple of those basil limeades today. What a great sip.

And thank you for offering an onion-free tabouleh. Terrific stuff!

I’ve been a huge Clover Fan over the years. I really enjoy your concept, food, and music…until recently. While picking up breakfast this past week, I couldn’t help overhearing a song on the truck playlist that used the word “[BLEEP]“/”[BLEEP].”
As a black woman, and customer, it’s kind of awkward for me to have to hear “[BLEEP]” repeated over and over again in a song while waiting for my granola, yogurt, popover and iced coffee. I understand freedom of expression and I’m sure it was a black artist who wrote the song however, I question whether that song (or that version) needs to be included in the truck playlist. I’d feel the same way if it was a song that was deragatory toward another race, gender, etc. Just something to think about…
