    Disappointed with chickpea sandwich today, fritters were overcooked and hard. I would like to eat at the truck everyday but sandwich menu is limited. Any new sandwich choices coming soon? Maybe you could have a new sandwich special once a week to mix things up a bit.

    I’m not even going to acknowledge the handwriting comment.

    On the bad chickpea, sorry Telsa, we’re aiming for everyone to be perfect, but sometimes fall short. Come by and ask for me and we’ll make it right.

    On the expanded sandwich thing, there’s rumor of seasonal sandwiches debuting, but right now we have 3-4 new salads a week we’re intro-ing. Don’t you think that’s enough?!? Philosophically I believe in simple food. Our menu is always going to be limited. And we’ll always be striving to make it the best ______ you can buy. And sometimes we’ll fall short, but we’ll keep listening and improving. I believe we have no chance at making it the best ______ if the menu is complex.

    I certainly appreciate–and understand–the less choices, executed flawlessly approach.

    Please take it as the compliment that it’s meant as that so many people want to eat lunch EVERY day at your truck.

    One minor suggestion: if there was a way to better incorporate the different ingredients in the sandwich, I think it’d be better. I’m always sad that–for instance–I eat up all the hard-boiled egg slices first on the egg and eggplant.

    Ayr, your eggplant salad today was out of this world! I hope it will be a daily offering!
