Mornings are pretty busy at DWY. While Krysta is whipping up breakfast sandwiches, another one of us is cooking a soup to be ready at 11am, just in time for lunch. We run through eggs so quickly that we keep water boiling on our front burner just in case we need to make a new batch. The other morning someone switched out that pot to heat up some veg stock and we accidentally boiled some eggs in it. We had to toss the stock, but I bet those eggs were extra tasty.
