That’s us working on making stuff better at HSQ. If you’re at one of the trucks or restaurants today, tomorrow, or Friday you may receive a card asking you to take a survey. You’re at the right place. We’re hoping you join in and become part of the process of improving Clover.
But before I list the link let me tell you how helpful these are to us. We use these answers to make important decisions that impact how we deliver you food and shepherd the growth of Clover. So be really honest. There’s no game here, no right answer other than the one that reflects how you really feel. We’ve been doing these since the beginning and they’re super super helpful for us.
So a huge thanks from all of us to all of you. You guys help us so much as we continue this work in progress we’re calling Clover.

We need some of the 3pm specials to be provided for lunch even if it means a little more money. They sound so yummy!
Other than that, customer service is fantastic and everyone is so energetic. I love that when I come there. Brings my mood up again:-)
My lunch was amazing today! Chickpea fritter sandwich, rosemary fries, and cauliflower soup!
a couple of suggestions:
-have coffee already brewed rather than steeping a cup/order (seems to be time consuming/labor intensive for staff and slows down customer order).
-hibiscus tea was a bit sweet, perhaps use less brown sugar or offer simple syrup to sweeten to individual desired taste.

I have heard a lot of great reviews about your food. You were also recently mentioned in a Chronicle show, so I stopped by and tried your Chickpea Fritter. It was amazing. It was honestly the best sandwich I have had in the financial district in a very long time. The service was great, the people were friendly and the food was fresh. I’ll be eager to try a new item on your menu the next time I’m in the area.
