OK, I know this is going to be a bit shocking to some of you. That’s because I’m behind on my blog entries. And because our contractors, Cafco, have been working like lightning.
I hope to work through the backlog sometime soon, there is tons of great stuff we’re doing and goofs we’re making up for that I’d love to share. In the meantime, I’ve been working on something bigger: getting open as soon as possible.

We can’t wait. Feel free to stop by tomorrow to check out the space and say hi. Internet will be up, we’ll be giving tours and saying hi. On Friday at noon we’ll start serving for real. That’s right. Friday will be our first day of service at Harvard Square. We can’t wait. It happens to be the two year anniversary to the day of the first sandwich sold. Be the first in line!
We’re at 7 Holyoke St., about 2 minutes from the Harvard T stop.

Congratulations.! I can’t wait to visit. It’s been fun following your journey through the blog.

Will you be open from Friday on? Like, can I come on Saturday?
Thanks!
Hello, very excited to check you out in H SQ today for lunch. Do you take credit/debit card? And will you be posting your menu online eventually? Thanks and best of luck! This is just the kind of place we need in the sq.!
Ayr-
Do you plan to have the same menu at the restaurant than you have on the trucks? I was hoping we’d get to see more of your and Rolando’s great recipies…
Is your no dessert theory still going to stand at the restaurant? What about some high fruit, low fat desserts?
Loving the whole concept and seeing it develop from day 1. Congratulations!
Ana
Yes same menu (that was the whole point of the truck in the first place).
Sorry, the dessert stance doesn’t change. You can expect to find the occasional treat from us, but nothing regular on the menu.
Yes on CC.
Eventually…
7 days, 7am – 10pm
Today, I felt being adventurous, I finally decided to try the food here. It only confirmwd my suspicion, the food is AWEFUL, The interior
looks like a make shift Antarctica
base camp. But I still like this place, do you know why? The $3 beer!!
Really? Strange comment. Hard for me to take this seriously.
If you are serious, and we really did screw up your sandwich come back in and let us know. We are only as good as the feedback we get. Customers help make us better.
Hi ayr,
You probably get a million and one of these a day, but to make it short, I was wondering if I could talk to a worker or manager tomorrow at Clover (in Harvard Square)?
I’m a high school student at the Harvard Summer Camp and am taking a journalism course. I decided to do a piece on July 4th–but focused on vegan eateries, not hotdog/grilling places!
It would take 2 minutes maximum to talk to someone, and I will drop by tomorrow, but I didn’t want to be rude and try to talk to someone while he/she is busy.
If there are hours when you are less busy, I could come by then, if that’s ok.
Thank you,
Eunice
