We’ve made some updates to the teachers guide. Largest change is that we’ve added Assistant Manager Training. Here’s the latest v.10.12:

Hi,
I didn’t see any place to post a new message topic so I am writing it here.
Many of my Kosher friends would love to eat at Clover, but would like to see Kosher Certification of your ingredients . Many other vegetarian and vegan restaurants do this to attract Kosher customers. It also gives non-Kosher vegetarian customers further confidence that all your ingredients contain no meat or meat bi-products. This in no way means that us that know you feel there is any reason to question it, but it opens you up to an increasing population of kosher and vegan residents in the Boston area and those traveling through. Below is a link of some vegetarian and vegan restaurants around the country that are doing this.
http://www.shamayimvaretz.com/list-of-kosher-vegan-restaurants.html
Also, in the Boston area two examples of eating establishment that have kosher certification are as JP Licks and Crumbs. None of these restaurants would consider themselves Kosher establishments. They just do it include a customer base that feels more comfortable eating in establishments with this certification.
Given the open mindedness and inclusiveness of the Clover organization, I think this is something would embrace.
