I’m drinking a lot of coffee lately. As we scale we’re running quality control checks on coffee a couple times a day. The idea, as we move forward, is that we put our managers responsible for food quality. Which means tasting is very important.

It’s really satisfying to see others master a task you’ve taught them. And lately all of the cups I’ve been tasting are perfect.

You all should feel empowered to play QC. Let us know if you think we’re slipping anywhere.
