We’ve been cutting a lot of fruit lately. You may have noticed we’re picking up select catering gigs. And while fresh juice isn’t a regular option on the truck menu, we still plan to bring it into the store, and still cater events with these juices. Here are some spencer apples for a ginger, apple, cayenne pepper drink.
Look for upcoming posts on packaging. I’m going to try to figure this out in the next few months. We’re determined to sort out (a) 100% compostable packaging, (b) the simplest packaging of any take-away restaurant ever (fewest SKUs), and (c) screw-top bottles for drinks.
