Random wall

We’re approaching the restaurant with the same philosophy we have for food, communications, etc. There shouldn’t be anything that isn’t necessary.

I wasn’t expecting that vertical wall there when we got started. And I can’t say I’m thrilled about it. But all of a sudden it became necessary, (1) to provide some support to that little partition, and (2) to contain vent pipes coming from the plumbing on that partition.

None of you are going to even notice this feature, except now that I pointed it out. We’re finding a number of these presents in this space, things we’re finding we have to do that don’t serve any aesthetic role, but are critical to making our systems work.
