Oil Spill

Not everybody at Clover gets to change fryer oil. But we change them out twice a week. It’s a job I used to avoid, but I’ve come to take some pride in a super clean fryer, and gotten good enough to train others.

Then there are these days. Here is Chris, it was the end of a long day, he forgot to shut the oil stop cock. Uhhgg.
