Postcards from Sandy and Hunter: #4: Vegas, 3am
Getting out of LA took a long time. There was a ton of traffic. A tractor trailer had caught on fire, it was a burnt-out hole smoldering on the side of the highway. We took Route 15 up to Vegas and got in at 3am. We knew we had to be back on the road in 4 hours, so we decided not to sleep. We parked and locked up the truck and walked around the strip, ate some really disgusting wings (we’ll save you the pleasure of looking at the picture of them), and got back on the road at 7am. As we were leaving Vegas we saw
The Trump Tower covered in gold.
