Happy Easter from Vincenzo
This is the first day in a long time all of our operations have been shut down. For all of you celebrating holidays this time of year, be it Passover or Easter, enjoy this time with your family and friends.
Enzo will have to tell you the whole story. From what I know he has a tradition in his family of baking bread with an egg (Italian?) I’m told this is a very traditional shape for the bread.
