Corn on the cob

If you’re by the trucks or restaurant this rainy day, we’re serving up corn as the 3pm special.

If you order one, we shuck the corn, boil it for 3 minutes flat, and cut it in half. We add a little butter with lime and Aleppo pepper, and that’s it. We’re excited, corn like this happens only this time of year.
