Coffee and Donuts, Day 3
Thanks to those who came by for today’s coffee-pouring demo. Jake’s the one in the Clover hat, teaching Ankar how to pour coffee. Jake’s a regular at the Harvard location. He also works for Counter Culture, they roast coffee down in North Carolina. We had a bunch of folks stop by, tasted two of Jake’s favorite coffees, one from Ethiopia and one from Guatemala.
We’ll be doing this again tomorrow morning, 9am to 10:30am. This time we’ll have Derek from Speedwell Coffee, he roasts down in Plymouth, Mass. He’ll be talking about coffee and showing you how to pour your own. And we’ll have cider donuts, free for all. Rolando is pretty proud of this version of the recipe.
