Teaching people to write on the website
Ayr and I were thinking up ways to help managers communicate with you all better.
We’ve been doing a sort of bad job with the website lately. Not enough posts, not enough transparency, or relevance. Hundreds of little stories happening every day and no one’s hearing about them.
Today at the manager meeting we talked about how we can make this better. Step one is getting managers posting from their phones. We’re all so busy that it might be helpful if folks can snap a picture, then link it to their post then and there.
