Grillos at the HUB
So I’ve been talking to Grillo this week. We didn’t expect he’d do as well at the HUB as he has been. But it’s just been great. He’s getting a ton of press (I just saw a Globe article today). Sales have been strong. Our customers will come in, get a sandwich, ask us about what’s next door, we’ll send them over, they’ll come back with a couple of pickles. It’s awesome.
Travis keeps asking if he could just stay. I’m in love with my day-to-day rotation idea. But I’m starting to think, maybe Travis could carry it alone. Maybe we should work it out so that he’s there full time.
