Teaching people to write on the website – part 2
In January I gave managers a challenge: write one post on the website. This had been really hard for some in the past, and the result was that nobody was hearing from the folks who are making it happen every day at Clover.
So I told them to do something simple: take a picture from their first 30 minutes of the day, and write about what was happening in the picture. We set them up to post directly from their phone. It was fun to see what everyone was doing at 6, 7, 8am. And we had so many posts we had to schedule them out days in the future.
This week’s prompt is all about mistakes, but next week’s is up for grabs. Let us know what you want to hear about from these guys.
