This is the first of a series about our trip. The subway got us to the airport on time, we made it out of Boston, and Wednesday morning landed in Milwaukee. Yeah, I’ve got a bit of a backlog. Sorry about that. I’ll explain later.

We picked up Clover PRK at the dealership in Germantown Milwaukee. The guy who sold it to us was awesome. He told me a really funny story when I asked how quickly he could have it ready last week: “Let me put it this way, if your fellow classmate” (he’d asked me a bunch about Boston and MIT) “Scotty could beam you over here right now I’d have a key in your hands.”

When we got “beamed” there by TranAir he had another funny story. We’re on a tight schedule, so I was calling to make sure everything was ready and we’d be able to run off to frozen custard land. He told me “if you want I can have you out of here in 5 minutes. We don’t even have to talk, we can just make eye contact.”

Well we did talk a bit. And we got our first Frozen Custard recommendations: Kopps
