We’ll be doing the first version of manager training for everyone running other locations. Megan has been putting this together. We’ll cover proportions, aesthetics, cleaning, talking to customers, coffee pouring, and more.
So if you find yourself craving a chickpea fritter (or want to know what it’s like to be a Clover manager) come by the MIT truck tomorrow. We’ll be at our usual spot outside MIT Medical, from 8am-4pm.
