CUSTARD OR BUST: Didn’t finish that one

Not all of the frozen custards were great. After visiting Gilles Rolando and I were starting to feel concerned that it was something about the machines Kopps had. Concerned because those machines looked very old and very DIY. Not sure we’re ready to take on a whole custard machine manufacturing project. Giles was using a different kind of machine, probably more commercially available.
