OK, not sure this one has anything to do with Custard or our any of our food at Clover. But one of Rolando’s former students kicked the place off, and we both enjoy craft cocktails. So Rolando and I hit Aviary after Alinea. They brought us something like 16 cocktails, so it was a sip here and a sip there. Then down to the speak easy in the basement for a final drink and chat. We finished the night tired and happy.
