Fine dining comes to Clover (for one night only)
We’re having an All-Company Meeting this Sunday. We invite everyone to these – employees, customers, everyone. Every meeting someone from the company speaks about why they’re at Clover.
Rolando (chef) is going to give the speech this time. Rolando’s one of the few chefs who was trained and rose through the ranks of extremely fine dining (he worked for Thomas Keller and Emeril), but is now doing fast food.
