Delicate stems

What’s something so delicate doing in a Clover oven? Chris was practicing his dish for the Earth Dinner. If you haven’t heard, we’re turning Clover into a fine-dining restaurant for one night only on Earth Day. Chris was experimenting with baking beet stems at a really low temperature, they got sort of candied. They might end up in one of the dishes that night.
