One of the new employees over at the HUB is Noah. He grew up on Cape Cod, studies philosophy over at Emmanuel, and has been awesome with customers ever since he started. I caught him talking to a captive audience about BBQ seitan. The kids watched him prep and plate two dishes of seitan and wanted to know everything about what went into it. I think we have a couple of future Clover employees on our hands.
