We started CSA pickups this week at the HUB. So all of us at Clover (not just CSA shareholders) get to see exactly what’s coming out of the ground in New England the second week of June.
We’re working any unclaimed shares onto the menu. Eddie (KIT) sent us an email with all the places you can find the CSA produce cropping up:
-radishes (surf and turf salad, some locations)
-lettuce (BBQ sandwich, BLT sandwich, most locations)
-broccoli, spring onions, green onions (all the ingredients in the spicy broccoli salad, some locations)
Of course you’ve all been eating local other places on the menu (rhubarb, cheddar, yogurt, parsnips, spinach, spring onions), but these are especially exciting for us.
