Golden beet, mint, bleu

This is a spin off of Clover’s first salad ever, the Beet, mint, feta.

This is the first time we are making it. We would like some feedback on this salad. So, today at Harvard Square, we will be sampling out this salad and asking how you like it. We are garnishing it with toasted walnuts, so careful, if you are allergic to nuts.
