Clover mezze

In Turkey and Greece, you can find “mezze” (small salads/dishes) at the start of each meal. We started doing the Clover version at our Burlington restaurant when customers were challenging us to come up with a salad-based item.

Our mezze platters change every day depending on the 4 salads we’re running, and they always come with our house-made hummus, olive oil, and smoked paprika.
