Try Plimoth sampe at Food Dev today

By Lucia September 29, 2015

We had our employee Harvest Party last night. Sara made Boston Brown Bread which calls for an unusual old ingredient. Ayr went to Plimoth grist mill to find it and he discovered “sampe” in the process. This is a very old form of grits. It can’t be stored for long periods of time.

We’re going to be sharing some recipe ideas based on this visit at today’s Food Dev meeting. Meeting is open to the public. But you’ve got to sign up here.
