Today at Food Dev: microgreens from Roslindale, Kuma vs. Four Barrel coffee, and 3 new soups
We have a weekly Food Development meeting every Tuesday at 3pm at the HUB. It’s open to the public.
Today we’ll be tasting microgreens from We Grow in Roslindale. They’re interested in growing for us and we’re going to taste and see if it’s a good fit, taste and cost-wise. We’re also going to have a visit from a tea importer called In Pursuit of Tea. Chris has coffee samples in from Kuma and Four Barrel, and he’s making 3 new soups. Enzo is making citrus sodas using whole citrus (rind, skin, etc.)
