Mike Sutton came to us from O Ya last year at this time. When he came on board as a development chef for us, we were all really excited to taste his first sandwich.

That’s Ali (our awesome catering coordinator). In June, after a year of pushing our catering program to new heights, she’s moving to a different department in Clover, which means we’re hiring for a pretty amazing role.

Ever wonder what it would be like to run a food truck? Want to spend the summer outside? Ready to learn how to run your own small business?

Chris had a big cat grin on his face at this past food dev meeting. He finally found us some delicious olive oil.

Chris brought us a challenge at our recent food dev meeting. Turns out that the Aleppo pepper we’ve been loving for years is no longer available.

Kimlee runs prep at Harvard Square. She’s been doing an amazing job. I believe that food tastes great when it’s made with love.

We taste new beers every week at our Food Dev meeting. I think this is the 3rd time we’ve tried Idle Hands over the years.

We just tasted this year’s Peak Simcoe. This is a beer we ran last spring and people loved.

We’ve been getting to know the folks at Whole Foods over the past 6-9 months. I learned that some of the leaders have been customers for some time, and keeping an eye on what we’ve been up to at Clover.
