I’ve done a terrible job posting almost this entire year. We’re super lucky we have Lucia, because I just haven’t been sharing our stories.

Our food development process extends to coffee. First off, we don’t serve a coffee until we’ve visited the roaster personally and love what they’re doing.

I discovered Guru the Caterer via Yelp. I can no longer eat at any other Indian restaurant in Boston. Pushpir only does 8 items a day, 4 meat and 4 veg. Everything is really fresh.

We pulled up a recipe from previous years: the Butternut Squash Sandwich, thinking we were going to put it on the menu.

Enjoy it while it lasts. We launched our fennel sandwich, a sandwich Rolando had developed last year that everybody loves. I think it’s brilliant. Raw beets, horseradish, fennel, hazelnuts, chestnut spread.
