It’s our second week of getting feedback from you all on the Cauliflower sandwich. And a bunch of you hate the fact that the cauliflower is raw and cold.
I was at SoWa the other Sunday for the first time this season. The truck is there every single Sunday, I just hadn’t worked it myself until now.
This story has a little bit of an introduction, sorry. I was training Randall (new opener at the MIT truck) on order-taking yesterday…

This is Betrous. (Sorry if I’m mucking up the spelling.) I love this guy and I love his falafel.
I’m a pain when I go into food shops these days. I’m afraid I’m driving the staff crazy, and I know I’m driving my friends crazy. I’m always in research mode. 100% of the time.
Our french fries are a bit unconventional. Forget about the rosemary, and the fact that we cut them on the truck. The real subversion is the potatoes we use (and the fact that we only fry them once).
We have a lot of new customers. So you may not realize I generally update this website daily (it’s been a rough last 2 weeks). There may be some other things about Clover that are new to you.
