

Our carrot sandwich/Paul’s take on Buffalo Chicken is back.

Last week at Food Dev, we got to taste another sandwich from Chris S (creator of the Nashville Hot and of our corn chowder).

Don’t tell this to your friendly neighborhood Monsanto farmer but I believe that organic soil can feed the world. How do I know this? It has to do with a sandwich that’s launching tomorrow.

You might not know this, but we have an Instagram with a hard-fought 12.7k followers. Not hundreds of thousands like our national competitors. We were kind of late to the game on Instagram. But we’ve also never bought followers. *cough, cough.*

Most people think of cottage cheese in a certain way. Usually that way is…not good.

We’re testing new platters at CloverKND. Reception has been extremely positive. Maybe better than what we saw with the original meatball test.

You might not know this but we were this close to taking tomatoes off the menu entirely for 9 months out of the year.

Some of you might have noticed our post about the Just Mayo being out of the supply chain. We’re bummed about it and hoping it’s back at the end of the month.

A group of advanced ESL students came to Food Dev the other week. They were studying adjectives, and their teacher is a big fan of Clover.

Back in the truck days there were boats. A boat was for someone who didn’t want the bread with their chickpea fritter.
