We’re cooking up a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) drop-off program at Clover. My idea is to use the HUB as a retail-presence for great farms. You come in, you read about different farms, sign up for one. The farmers drop their food in the morning, you pick it up anytime that day. And we’re happy connecting customers with farmers.
This is a picture of the egg wall at Uppingil, a farm stand near where I grew up. They have eggs dropped off by many producers. You can read about the different eggs on this wall and decide which sounds best to you. Might be the kid who bikes his eggs in a couple of days a week, or the larger producer in the area. I love this idea and think we could do something similar with the CSA.
