Chris and Martina thought back on their best breakfast memories, and made a breakfast sausage with the Impossible Burger meat, fennel, sage, thyme, cayenne, and a bit of brown sugar. We warmed up our house-made pita, added a melty slice of cheddar made in Vermont, and a 6.5 minute egg from Maine.
This is our second menu-item using Impossible Food’s product and we are eager to get your feedback!
