We have a couple Rhode Island based vendors that we rely on for key pieces of our menu. We’ll be visiting two of these in December – Rhode Island Mushroom Company (West Kingston, RI) and Farmacy Teas (Providence, RI).

All the mushrooms used in our mushroom sandwiches come from RI Mushroom. Employees are going to see first hand what makes these mushrooms so great!

And all of our herbal teas come from Mary Blue at Farmacy Teas. Mary grows and dries the herbs herself – if you’ve ever tasted freshly dried herbs vs. herbs that have been dried and stored for years, then you know how much of a difference this makes.

This is a field trip for Clover employees. We try to run these farmer field trips monthly.
