We debuted our Pesto Breakfast Sandwich last year and it was an instant hit! A soft-boiled egg, fresh Longwind Farm tomato slices, kale, and house-made pesto all in our house-made pita bread. The great thing about pesto is that there are endless variations – this summer we’re making a pesto out of  sunflower seeds, swiss chard, spinach, basil, lemon, garlic and turmeric.
