Please note – this class will only be taught for groups of 2 or more. We will notify customers in advance if the class doesn’t have enough participants, and they will be able to sign up for a future class instead!
About the instructor: Chris Anderson, VP of Food at Clover, leads up sourcing and food development for the Clover menu, has a degree in culinary management and nutrition from Johnson and Wales University, and was a personal chef before joining Clover in 2009. He currently holds the record for the fastest knife skills time in the company
