About the instructor: Before Clover, Jasper Hoitsma attended the Cambridge School for Culinary Arts, and worked with chef Jody Adams at Rialto. He has cooked for famous figures including Bill and Hillary Clinton, Jake Gyllenhaal, Natalie Portman, and Larry David among others. Jasper joined Clover as a provisional employee 5 years ago and has now run 6 of our 12 restaurants. He is currently the General Manager at CloverHSQ in Harvard Square.
Please note – this class will only be taught for groups of 3 or more. We will notify customers in advance if the class doesn’t have enough participants, and they will be able to sign up for a future class instead.
