Please note – this class will only be taught for groups of 2 or more. We will notify customers in advance if the class doesn’t have enough participants, and they will be able to sign up for a future class instead!
About the instructor: Martina Schiavello, Innovation & Food Development Manager at Clover, oversees the recipe development process and is responsible for many of Clover’s current menu items. She has a degree in hospitality from BU’s School of Hospitality Administration, and before joining Clover was a recipient of the Kopf Scholarship which granted her opportunity to visit wineries all over the world. Her proudest contributions to Clover are all the family recipes that she’s incorporated into the menu as an homage to her home in Italy.
