Customers always go crazy when this sandwich is on the menu – we’re bringing it back for a super limited time! It’s inspired by a southern Italian salad that Enzo’s family used to eat every week – we fill our warm pita bread with house-made pepper relish, thick slices of fried eggplant, fresh parsley, kosher provolone cheese, and CLOVER FRENCH FRIES.

This sandwich will be available to order via the Clover app one-day early, on Wednesday, and then available to all in-store on Thursday!
