It’s been almost two years since we last had this on the menu. We had to bring it back in honor of our beloved Vincenzo, who recently left Clover to pursue different opportunities. This sandwich is inspired by a southern Italian salad that his family used to eat every week. It has pepper relish, thick slices of fried eggplant, fresh parsley, kosher provolone cheese, and CLOVER FRENCH FRIES.

This sandwich will be available to order via the Clover app one-day early, on Wednesday, and then available to all in-store on Thursday!
