We’re testing a brand new sandwich created by Jenny, assistant production manager at our commissary. Inspired by Baja-style fish tacos she makes at home, this sandwich has chipotle mayo, a cilantro pesto, cornmeal-dredged crimini mushrooms, and a slaw with local jicama & cabbage. Currently testing only at our Kendall Square restaurant. Try it and let us know what you think! Should we make any changes? Should we put it on our menu at all our restaurants?
