We taste a lot at Clover. So much in fact that the other day when we did an analysis of our packaging spend almost 1/5th of our total packaging spend is sampling.

Today was our first day at Alewife. All food sold out. Lines of 20 people. We were conservative on staffing, but now we know for sure we are going to need lots of help. So
