Letter from Ayr
We want you to dream about vegetables. Why? If we serve you unforgettable vegetables and you start dreaming about them, together we make the world a better place. The meat industry is the #3 contributor

Eating opportunities, not restrictions. Are you looking for meals that will satisfy everyone on your team, even folks who feel left out when it comes to traditional catering? We’re experts at food-on-the-go, ever since 2009
Clover is headquartered in Boston, MA. We have no phone number, no landline phones in our company and are paper-free. While this might frustrate some, it helps us keep focused on what matters the most:
23 years ago this month NASA lost a spacecraft due to a unit conversion error. In September 1999 the Mars Climate Orbiter concluded its nearly 10 month journey to Mars by burning up, either in Mars’ atmosphere or in accidental orbit around the Sun.
The Classic Chickpea Fritter is in a lot of ways the cornerstone of Clover’s menu—and the topic of much thought and debate—especially the Great Question of “Falafel v. Fritter”. The Classic Chickpea Fritter is a customer favorite and it’s not going anywhere.
Chris (SVP of Food) here. I haven’t written a blog post in several years but I’m hopping back on for a really important reason: I’m hiring an Executive Chef!
We sent out a little survey to 1000 of our weekly box customers, asking what meal boxes you wanted us to make next… and Salad Monday was our most requested one (even beating out pizza.)
Il Panelle è tornato a pranzo! I considered writing this whole blog in Italian but I’ll spare you (and myself) the trouble. Anyway, our Sicilian inspired sandwich is back, as of June 29. It’ll be around for as long as fennel is at its peak.
Sometimes transparency is a bit painful. I have a history of posting when we change Clover’s prices (whether up or down). I’d rather not be raising prices. I know you’d rather I wasn’t raising prices. But here we are, 2022.
Yesterday was Jason’s last day at Clover. Jason came on board as our executive chef last year. His job was to develop recipes for our meal box program, so if you’re a member of Taco, Pasta, Burger, or Soup, you’ve likely been enjoying some food from Chef Bond.
