You’re invited to join our new subscription service, a collaboration with Giulio Caperchi of Seven Hills Pasta!

For $35/week, we’ll drop a Pasta Box on your doorstep every Saturday (or hand it to you at the HUB). 

In Italian-American families, Sunday Sauce is traditional. And I understand why. Pasta is perfect for the weekend, whether you’re eating solo or opening up a bottle of wine and having people over for dinner.

Every week, in Clover style, the box will be a bit different, depending on what fresh seasonal produce we’re getting from farms. We’re teaming up with Giulio Caperchi of Seven Hills Pasta in Melrose. We first met him at the beginning of the pandemic and now he’s making FRESH PASTA just for Clover, using the methods he learned back home in Italy.

Fusilli, paccheri, pasta shaped like STARS, gnocchetti di di sardi, fettuccine, spinach-dyed dough, we can’t wait to see what he sends us! Every week, in Clover style, the subscription will be totally different, depending on what pasta shape we get, what part of Italy or “Italo-America” that shape hails from, and what veggies we’re sourcing from farms.
