Delivered weekly on Saturdays from June 8th to November 23rd (25 weeks).
Our farm is located in central NH just 45 minutes south of the great White Mountains and approximately 1.5 hours north of Cambridge off I-93. We offer burger nights periodically throughout the warm months to give people an opportunity to experience the farm and taste our wonderful food. My personal favorite is a Blue cheese burger with caramelized onions and our own pickled jalapenos. We would love to have you come up to the farm for a visit!
What is an example of an average share?
So many things! Including but not limited to: carrots, parsnips, beets, lettuce, kale, zucchini, summer squash, spinach, tomatoes, cilantro, parsley, beans, eggplant, cauliflower, garlic, and so many more.
What is your favorite summer items? What do you like to cook with?
“My favorite vegetable that we grow in the summer is probably the red long Italian frying onions. They come in around early to middle of July and stay prime for about one month. They are mild enough to raw into salads and you can also fry the whole plant right up to the top of the lush greens. I love to eat them on my burgers!” Luke Mahoney from Brookford Farm.
