I was combing through the Clover photo library and saw a photo from Ayr’s trip to Wisconsin. You may remember Frozen Custard or Bust, February 2012.
A picture from the interior of Kopp’s Frozen Custard caught my eye. They had a big board where they posted the Flavor Forecast: the upcoming flavors they were working on. We started writing our own food forecast on the window of the truck using thick white acrylic marker. What do you think?
