Our next coffee is a fun one from Papua New Guinea roasted out in San Jose, CA by Barefoot roasters.
The coffee plants are grown at a fairly high altitude (1550 meters) above sea level with a cooler climate and lots of rain throughout the year. The location is perfect for growing these Arabica beans.
We’re brewing them now at all locations, in the $3 slot. I think it tastes a little smoky, nutty, with a hint of winter spices. What do you think?
