First up, what are these bowls all about? They start with creamy hummus made with organic chickpeas from CT, topped with produce from Western Mass. Made to order, easy to take-out, lasts beautifully in a fridge if you can’t eat it right away. Paired with seed crackers, labneh, or crunchy veggies. Choose between our Beet Mint Feta bowl, or our Oaxacan Zucchini bowl inspired by Enzo’s recent trip to Mexico.
Every weekday during lunch (11-2) at CloverFIN (160 Federal St, Boston, right outside South Station) starting this Wednesday, we’ll be making and selling a limited number of hummus bowls. Your challenge, if you choose to accept it is to buy one! Eat it. Then give us honest feedback.
